Surgical Meshes
SIPL has in-house knitting facility for surgical mesh for hernia repair. The knitting facility can produce both non-absorbable Polypropylene mesh as well as partially absorbable Polypropylene-Polyglycolic acid composite mesh. Bulk knitted meshes can be supplied in widths of up to 30 cms.

Bone Wax
SIPL has a unique formulation for in-house production of Bone Wax. SIPL has the technical expertise to customize the formulation of Bone wax and make it soft or hard as per the requirements of the customers. Bone Wax cakes can be supplied in bulk as per customer requirements

300 Series & 420 Series Suture Needles
SIPL has separate units for the manufacture of 300 series and 420 series suture needles. Needles can be supplied in various lengths, curvatures and profiles as per the customer requirements. Our customization capability includes wire diameter, length and bore diameter

Black Braided Silk Suture
SIPL has in-house facility for de-gumming, twisting, braiding, dyeing and coating of silk to produce excellent quality silk suture in bulk. The capacity of the bulk silk suture production is more than 10 million meters per annum.

Coated Braided Polyester Suture
SIPL has in-house facility for twisting, braiding, dyeing and coating of polyester to produce excellent quality polyester suture in bulk. The capacity of the bulk polyester suture production is more than 5 million meters per annum.
